Norman's Values
I am a Christian, a Conservative, and a Republican in that order.
I believe God ordained marriage as the union between one man and one woman. There is no other choice.
I believe that all life which begins at conception, is precious to God. We must protect those not able to protect themselves.
I am willing to serve my neighbors by giving of my time, talents, and resources for the betterment of us all.
I believe that smaller, more efficient government is BETTER GOVERNMENT.
I believe in keeping more income in the hands of those who earn it.
I believe in a strong, well equipped military.
I believe a good education levels the playing field for all children.
I believe in both public and alternate forms of education (charter schools, home schools, etc).
I believe it is important to protect our natural resources.
I believe you never take from one governmental department to fund new programs for another.
I believe in highly trained, well-paid, effectively equipped local law enforcement.
I strongly support the Second Amendment. The right to bear arms makes one a citizen. Giving up that right makes one a subject.
I believe temporary taxes, when they are absolutely necessary, should be just that - temporary.
I believe citizens over 65 should be given property tax relief.
I believe small business owners should have business incentives just as large companies do.
I believe in wisely using what you have been given to strengthen the economy.
